In order to meet the growing worldwide demand for ECDIS and ECDIS data services and to provide enhanced support coverage for both international and regional customers, ChartWorld International is pleased to announce the opening of two new sales and support offices in Singapore and Limassol, Cyprus, to serve the Asia Pacific and Mediterranean regions respectively and to compliment the Company's established office in Hamburg, Germany.
Whilst ChartWorld International already offers 24/7 technical support from its worldwide data centre in Hamburg, the two new offices will not only ensure a greatly enhanced regional and international technical service, but also the opportunity for customers and potential customers to talk to a live support agent for 100% of the working week, no matter where they are in the World.
